Clicker Training
Clicker Training Fundamentals
This one day workshop focuses on the principles and foundation skills involved in Clicker Training. This workshop is ideal for new trainers or trainers who want to increase their training tool kit with science-based training techniques. The day includes both lecture and hands-on exercises with dogs. Working spots and auditing spots are both available. Participants receive printed materials from the workshop and a clicker.
Topics include: Canine ethology, introduction to Operant and Classical Conditioning, Clicker Training process, developing training plans, setting up successful training sessions.

This workshop is designed for those already familiar with the principles and techniques used in Clicker Training. The day includes both lecture and hands-on exercises with dogs. Working spots and auditing spots are both available. Participants receive printed materials from the workshop.
Topics include: Using conditioned reinforcement, refining techniques in timing and delivery, creating effective training plans, evaluating your training technique and effectiveness, creative solutions to training problems.
